Terms & Conditions for World Tours

 Detailed Terms & Conditions for International Holiday Packages 

 1. Booking Confirmation & Payments 

  1. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  2. Package rates are calculated based on prevailing airfare, hotel tariffs, exchange rates, and taxes. Any increase before final confirmation shall be payable by guest.
  3. Booking shall be processed only after receipt of required advance payment.
  4. Balance payment must be cleared before travel as per deadline communicated by company.
  5. Failure to make payment within due date may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
  6. Payments once made towards booking are subject to cancellation terms applicable at the time of cancellation.
  7. Remittance charges, bank transfer charges, and forex conversion charges if any shall be borne by guest.

 2. Passport, Visa & Immigration 

  1. Passenger must hold a passport valid for minimum 6 months from date of return travel with sufficient blank pages.
  2. It is sole responsibility of passenger to ensure valid travel documents, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and insurance requirements.
  3. Visa approval or rejection is strictly at discretion of respective Embassy / Consulate.
  4. Company shall not be responsible for delay, rejection, or refusal of visa under any circumstances.
  5. Visa fees, appointment fees, courier charges, and service charges are strictly non-refundable.
  6. Any loss arising due to incorrect documentation submitted by guest shall be borne by guest.
  7. Immigration authorities reserve the right to deny entry even with valid visa. Company shall not be liable for same.
  8. In case passenger is deported or detained by immigration authorities, all additional expenses shall be borne by passenger directly.

 3. Airfare, Airlines & Baggage 

  1. Airfare is dynamic and subject to change until ticket issuance.
  2. Airline schedules, routes, aircraft type, and timings may change without prior notice.
  3. Trail Blazer Company shall not be responsible for flight delay, cancellation, overbooking, rerouting, or missed connections caused by airlines.
  4. Any additional cost arising due to schedule change by airline shall be borne by guest.
  5. Baggage allowance is strictly as per airline policy. Excess baggage charges shall be payable directly by passenger.
  6. Refund on partially utilized air tickets is subject to airline approval and fare rules.
  7. Seat allocation, meal preference, and special requests are subject to airline discretion.

 4. Hotels & Accommodation 

  1. Hotel classification and star category are based on local country standards and may differ from Indian standards.
  2. Standard hotel check-in/check-out timing applies worldwide. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  3. Triple sharing rooms may consist of rollaway bed or sofa bed.
  4. Hotel rooms in Europe and certain international destinations may be comparatively smaller in size.
  5. Hotel deposits, mini bar charges, room service, laundry, telephone usage, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.
  6. City taxes, resort fees, tourism taxes, eco taxes, and hotel security deposits if applicable are payable directly by guest.
  7. In case of overbooking or operational issue, company reserves right to provide similar category hotel.

 5. Transfers, Transportation & Sightseeing 

  1. Sightseeing and transfers shall operate strictly as per itinerary timing.
  2. Passenger must report at designated meeting point on time. Failure may result in missed tour without refund.
  3. Seat rotation policy may apply in coaches during group tours.
  4. Entrance tickets included only if specifically mentioned in itinerary.
  5. Certain sightseeing may remain closed due to public holidays, weather conditions, government regulations, or maintenance without prior notice.
  6. Company reserves right to amend itinerary for smooth operation of tour.
  7. No refund shall be provided for unused services, meals, sightseeing, transfers, or early departure from tour.
  8. Optional tours booked locally are entirely at guest’s own risk and responsibility.

 6. Meals & Special Requests 

  1. Meals included in package are as per itinerary only.
  2. Indian meals abroad may differ in taste and preparation standards.
  3. Special dietary requests such as Jain meal, vegetarian meal, vegan meal, gluten-free meal, etc. are subject to availability.
  4. Meals missed due to flight timing, late arrival, or personal reasons shall not be refunded.

 7. Travel Insurance 

  1. Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
  2. Insurance coverage varies as per policy terms issued by insurance company.
  3. Claims related to baggage loss, medical emergency, accidents, hospitalization, trip delay, or trip cancellation shall be directly settled between guest and insurance provider.
  4. Company shall not be liable for rejection of insurance claims.

 8. Foreign Exchange & Taxes 

  1. Forex rates are subject to market fluctuation.
  2. TCS, GST, and government taxes shall apply as per prevailing Government of India regulations.
  3. Any future increase in taxes or government levies after booking confirmation shall be payable additionally by guest.

 9. Cancellation Policy 

  1. Cancellation charges shall apply from date of booking confirmation as per airline, hotel, cruise, transport, visa, and supplier policy.
  2. During peak seasons, exhibitions, fairs, festive dates, and special events, 100% cancellation may apply once booking is confirmed.
  3. Service charges, convenience charges, visa charges, insurance charges, and processing fees are non-refundable.
  4. Name change or amendment in confirmed booking may attract additional charges.
  5. Refund processing time may vary depending upon airline, hotel, cruise company, or overseas supplier.

 10. Force Majeure 

  1. Trail Blazer Pvt. Ltd . shall not be responsible for any delay, alteration, cancellation, or loss caused due to natural calamities, flood, earthquake, snowfall, landslide, political unrest, war, riots, strikes, pandemic, epidemic, government restrictions, airline disruption, or circumstances beyond control.
  2. Additional expenses arising due to such situations including hotel stay, meals, transport, flight changes, or visa extensions shall be borne by guest directly.

 11. Company Liability 

  1. Company acts only as intermediary between passenger and service providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise companies, transport operators, and local tour operators.
  2. Company shall not be liable for injury, accident, sickness, death, loss, damage, theft, or delay caused during travel.
  3. Any dispute arising shall be subject to jurisdiction of respective city where company is registered.
  4. Maximum liability of company under any circumstance shall not exceed amount paid towards package cost.

 12. Guest Responsibilities 

  1. Guests are expected to behave in disciplined manner during the tour.
  2. Any damage caused to hotel, coach, cruise, or public property by guest shall be payable directly by guest.
  3. Guests must comply with local laws, customs, immigration rules, and regulations of destination country.
  4. Company reserves right to terminate tour participation of any passenger whose behavior affects smooth operation of tour without refund.

 13. Important Notes 

  1. Package cost does not include expenses of personal nature unless specifically mentioned.
  2. Porterage, tips, driver tips, hotel tips, and tourism taxes are not included unless specified.
  3. Itinerary is tentative and may change depending upon flight schedule and operational feasibility.
  4. Quotations are based on minimum number of passengers travelling together where applicable.
  5. By confirming booking and making payment, guest acknowledges and accepts all terms & conditions mentioned above.

 14. Legal Liability & Jurisdiction

  1. The TRAIL BLAZER  acts only as a travel organizer, facilitator, and intermediary between guest and various service providers including airlines, hotels, transport companies, cruise operators, visa agencies, sightseeing operators, and overseas suppliers.
  2. The company shall not be held responsible for any civil, criminal, immigration, customs, legal, financial, medical, or personal dispute arising during or after the tour.
  3. In case any guest becomes subject to legal proceedings, detention, arrest, deportation, inquiry, investigation, blacklisting, or restriction by any foreign government authority, immigration department, customs authority, police department, embassy, airline, or local administration, the company shall not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever.
  4. Any penalties, fines, legal expenses, lawyer fees, court charges, deportation costs, hotel stay extension, airline changes, detention expenses, or other incidental costs arising due to such circumstances shall be borne entirely by the guest directly.
  5. The company shall not be responsible if a passenger is denied boarding by airline authorities due to documentation issues, behavioral concerns, health concerns, visa issues, security concerns, or government restrictions.
  6. Guests are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:
    • Immigration laws
    • Customs regulations
    • Visa conditions
    • Foreign exchange regulations
    • Health and vaccination requirements
    • Local laws and public conduct rules of destination country
  7. The company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from:
    • Possession of prohibited items
    • Carrying restricted substances
    • Violation of local laws
    • Misconduct under influence of alcohol or prohibited substances
    • Criminal activity or unlawful behavior by guest
  8. In case any guest leaves the group tour voluntarily, absconds, overstays visa validity, violates immigration norms, or engages in unauthorized activities, all responsibility and consequences shall rest solely with the guest. The company shall not be accountable under any circumstance.
  9. The company shall not be responsible for any dispute, injury, accident, loss, theft, harassment, assault, illness, emotional distress, financial loss, or damage suffered by guest due to actions of third parties, local suppliers, co-travellers, or unforeseen incidents during travel.
  10. Any complaint regarding services must be immediately reported during the tour itself to allow reasonable opportunity for resolution. Complaints made after completion of travel may not be entertained.
  11. Under no circumstance shall the company be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages including loss of business, loss of income, loss of enjoyment, or emotional distress arising from travel arrangements.
  12. Company reserves the right to refuse booking, terminate tour participation, or cancel services of any passenger whose conduct is considered inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or disruptive without any refund liability.
  13. All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of booking shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai only unless otherwise specified by company.
  14. By confirming the booking and making payment, guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, liability clauses, and legal disclaimers stated by the company.
