Permits & Documentation:
Inner Line Permits required for Nubra Valley, Pangong Tso, Tso Moriri, and Khardungla Pass. Indian nationals need an Aadhar card, a Voter ID, or a driver's license. International tourists require a valid passport and visa.
Health & Acclimatization:
Acute Mountain Sickness can cause breathlessness and dizziness. Rest, stay hydrated, and include a buffer day in Leh.
Mobile Connectivity:
Only postpaid Airtel and Jio SIMs work in Ladakh. International tourists should arrange a local postpaid SIM upon arrival. Expect no network in remote areas.
Road Safety:
