• Tax of 5% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned

• Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal emergency
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
• To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, insurance, visa fees to join/leave the group for joining and leaving guests
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
• Conversion Rate on the date of actual payment will be based on the Rate of Euro on XE.com + INR 1.50

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival 25% cancellation charge from total package rate for cancellation up to 20days before arrival 50% cancellation charge from total package rate for cancellation up to 10days before arrival 100% cancellation charge from total package rate for cancellation within less than 10 days from arrival date.

We do not arrange any kind of insurance and please make sure to arrange this from your end before arrival to Jordan

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT TIMES:

The official check in times in the normal days is 1400PM and some days like weekends, it can be later. The official checkout time is 1200, late checkout can be arranged on case by case basis and as coordinated with us.

GOVERNING LAW:

The disputes The disputes shall be governed by the Law of Hashemite Kingdome of Jordan only. In case of dispute, the parties shall endeavor to settle any dispute that arises by direct negotiation between them.
