Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 - Friday: Arrival in Tokyo

Welcome to Japan! Upon arrival, you will complete customs procedures before being transferred to your hotel by a shared shuttle bus. The rest of the day is yours to relax and explore at your leisure. In the afternoon, you will receive information about the tour’s itinerary and the next day’s activities.Overnight stay at Tokyo

Day 2 - Saturday: Tokyo City Tour

We begin our day with an extensive 5-hour guided tour of Tokyo. The tour will introduce you to both the vibrant energy and tranquil spaces that coexist in this fascinating city.Visit Zojoji Temple, with a view of the iconic Tokyo Tower, where you can see hundreds of Jizo statues.Next, we explore the world-famous Shibuya Crossing, and visit the peaceful Meiji Shrine, dedicated to Emperor Meiji and his wife.We’ll drive along Omotesando Avenue, followed by a stop at the picturesque Imperial Palace and Nijubashi Bridge.The tour continues through Akihabara, the Electric Town, and past Kokugikan, Japan’s sumo arena.Finally, we’ll visit Asakusa, with its historic Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Street.After a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, the rest of the afternoon is free. In the evening, meet your guide in the hotel lobby, and take the metro to the lively Shinjuku district. Explore its vibrant streets and enjoy a delightful dinner before returning to the hotel by metro. Overnight stay at Tokyo

Day 3 - Sunday: Tokyo to Kamakura, Odawara, and Gora

We depart Tokyo for Kamakura, the former capital of Japan. Explore:

Hokoku-ji Zen Temple and its serene bamboo forest.

Visit Sugimoto-dera, the city’s oldest temple, and the Great Buddha (Daibutsu).

Enjoy a scenic journey along the coast to Enoshima Island for free time and lunch.

In the afternoon, we visit Odawara Castle, a restored fortress from the Edo period.

Overnight in Odawara.

Day 4 - Monday: Gora, Mount Fuji, and Kawaguchiko

Today’s journey takes us through the stunning Hakone region, offering incredible views of Mount Fuji.

Ascend to Owakudani (“Valley of Hell”) to witness steam vents and bubbling mud pools.

Visit Oshino Hakkai, a picturesque village with ponds and Mount Fuji views.

Enjoy a delightful boat ride at Kawaguchiko and explore the charming lakeside town.

If conditions permit, we will ascend Mount Fuji to the Fifth Station at 2,305 meters.
Tonight, relax at a traditional ryokan with an onsen experience, where dinner is included.

Note: Rooms may be traditional Japanese-style or Western-style.

Overnight in Kawaguchiko

Day 5 - Tuesday: Kawaguchiko to Kyoto

We start the day at Iyashi no Sato Nenba, an open-air museum showcasing restored traditional houses.

Visit the beautiful Shiraito Falls, known for its cascading water.

Continue to Nagoya and explore the Toyota Museum (admission included).

Finally, we head to Kyoto . Overnight stay at Kyoto

Day 6 - Wednesday: Kyoto Exploration

Today, we explore Kyoto, the cultural heart of Japan.

Visit Arashiyama, including the Togetsukyo Bridge and Tenryuji Temple with its famous bamboo forest.

Explore Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kyoto Imperial Palace, and the stunning Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion).

In the evening, enjoy free time to stroll through the historic district of Gion, known for its geishas and traditional architecture.

We start the day in Nara, visiting Todaiji Temple, home to a giant Buddha statue, and the friendly deer in Nara Park.After lunch, we visit Horyu-ji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the oldest wooden structures in the world.

We continue to Osaka, Japan’s second-largest city, where you will have free time in the evening to explore the lively Dotonbori district.

Overnight stay at Osaka.

Day 8 - Friday: Departure from Osaka

After breakfast, your tour ends. Depart with wonderful memories of your time in Japan.
